Dr. Rizk's philosophy is a customized facelift and necklift with jawline and cheek definition. Dr. Rizk does many different types of facelift and necklift surgery and customizes the lift to your face and degree of aging. One lift does not fit all patients and Dr. Rizk does not have a "signature procedure" because each face is different.
Dr. Rizk's philosophy in his lifts is a natural lift which avoids the "pulled" look of older skin lifts. He also does a facelift which not only makes a patient look YOUNGER, but also MORE ATTRACTIVE. This is an important concept because Dr. Rizk's facelifts also reposition volume from the jowls into the cheeks. | 47 year old male who was very unhappy with shape of his nose and chin. Patient was mainly concerned about the worsening collapse on the right side of his nose and wanted some subtle improvement in his chin. Patient also had a deviated nose and difficulty breathing secondary to a deviated nasal septum. Patient underwent septorhinoplasty and chin implant and is shown after the surgery where multiple smoothly sculpted grafts were used to even out his tip and rotate his nose slightly. Subtle bump removal was also performed. The cartilage grafts were harvested from his nasal septum. | |
