48 yo female complains of long nose, bump, and bulbous asymmetric nasal tip. Patient underwent endonasal rhinoplasty 3d to remove bump, lift tip and add a plumping graft at base of columella (columella-lip-angle) to support the nasolabial angle and make it less acute. As we age the tip drops more and the nasolabial angle becomes more acute. An important technique is the plumping graft using the patient’s own cartilage to achieve this.

25yo female with a severe rhinoplasty deformity from a previous rhinoplasty with both a floating bone open roof problem as well as tip bulbosity. Patient actually has attachment of bone into thin skin in dorsum. Patient is shown 5 months after revision rhinoplasty.

22year old Hispanic female shown 3 months after rhinoplasty with alar base reduction. Notice the nasal bump has been removed and the tip lifted and refined and nostrils reduced. This is an example of an ethnic rhinoplasty with thick skin. The skin was defatted and sculpted internally in 3d. Additionally, the patient’s own septum cartilage was used to build and define her tip.

45 yo female who would like a refreshed look underwent facelift/necklift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and a subtle rhinoplasty-endonasal (incisions inside nose only). Patient is shown 2 weeks post-surgery and is still swollen but a noticeable improvement can be seen.

22 year old female who underwent endonasal 3D rhinoplasty to lift her tip, remove her bump and narrow the tip. Patient is shown postoperatively. Note that patient has a history of using a nose ring on the left side and has a slight indentation asymmetry from the nose ring.

25 year old Indian female with crooked and drooping nasal tip as well as severe deviated nasal septum. Patient underwent rhinoplasty and septoplasty with multiple cartilage grafts to define her tip as well as spreader and camouflage grafts to straighten her nose. Her tip was also lifted to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing profile.

25 year old female complains about her tip as too boxy. Patient has separation of her lower tip cartilages and a saddle above her tip. This was corrected with cartilage grafts obtained from patient’s septum and suture techniques were used to make tip cartilages narrower.

Patient is 33 yo Latino male who wanted better balance between his nose and chin and underwent rhinoplasty to remove the nasal bump and chin implant, neck liposuction, and necklift to define and project his chin more. Dr. Rizk does a special muscle tuck under the chin with 3d telescopes to achieve a better result than with just liposuction. This neck procedure is done only from a small incision under the chin and does not involve incisions around the ears.

15 year old patient who underwent septorhinoplasty to correct a breathing problem by correcting a deviated nasal septum and to improve the profile and front views of the nose. Patient is shown 2 months after surgery and although tip is still swollen the columella is not hanging and the bump has been removed. Tip swelling improves over a period of months and up to one year after surgery.

47 year old male who was very unhappy with shape of his nose and chin. Patient was mainly concerned about the worsening collapse on the right side of his nose and wanted some subtle improvement in his chin. Patient also had a deviated nose and difficulty breathing secondary to a deviated nasal septum. Patient underwent septorhinoplasty and chin implant and is shown after the surgery where multiple smoothly sculpted grafts were used to even out his tip and rotate his nose slightly. Subtle bump removal was also performed. The cartilage grafts were harvested from his nasal septum.
