55 yo female who had a facelift/necklift and upper lower eyelift as well as fractionated co2 laser of her face. Patient is shown 1 year after and is very happy with her result. Patient has minimal hidden scars within her ears and a small scar under her chin where the midline fat was removed and her platysmal muscle cords were tied. This was done with the high definition telescope system to visualize her neck and minimize scarring.

Dr. Sam Rizk was a featured guest speaker at the 14th Annual Mount Sinai symposium on the latest advances in medical and surgical dermatology. His lecture on Sunday, December 11, 2011 was held in front of a large group of dermatologists from all over the US. He was invited to deliver a lecture on the topic “Facelift Surgery – Latest Advances & How to Customize and Achieve a Natural Result”.

Revision Rhinoplasty Before & After Photos

26 yo female who underwent previous rhinoplasty who wanted further improvement in shape of her nose. She was unhappy with the boxy tip which was also overprojected as well has her bony bump (slight). She underwent secondary rhinoplasty with correction of the boxy tip as well as deprojection of the nasal tip (bringing it closer to her face) and reduction of the bony bump. Patient is shown 1 year after surgery.

24 year old female from Egypt with a congenital cleft lip/palate/nose deformity who underwent surgery in New York to reconstruct her nose and upper lip deformities. Patient is shown only 1 week after surgery. Patient underwent revision rhinoplasty with septal and auricular cartilage grafts to correct her nasal deformities and a direct upper lip advancement and augmentation. Note patient is still swollen and red since she is only one week postoperatively from surgery. She had to go back to her country at 10 days and will visit Dr Rizk in future for further photos and followup. Patient required multiple grafts to straighten the nose and septum and had extensive deprojection of her tip/supratip complex done as well. She also had a severe deviated nasal septum repaired with septoplasty which is also typical with this congenital deformity.

13 year old female with history of 2 previous nasal fractures who developed a crooked nose with a nasal bump as well as difficulty breathing after her injuries. Patient was also teased and bullied regarding her nose. Patient showed other signs and symptoms of full growth such as a fixed shoe size and having had her menses. Patient is shown before surgery and early after surgery (2 weeks). Notice nose is crooked and tip is bulbous in addition to profile drooping and nasal bump. Realize also patient’s nose is out of proportion to her small face.

45 year old male with history of prior nasal surgery who complains of a crooked nose with hanging columella and retracted nostrils. Patient also has difficulty breathing. Patient underwent septorhinoplasty with multiple spreader and batton cartilage grafts from his septum as well as correction of his caudal septum which was twisting his nasal tip. Patient is shown 1 year after revision septorhinoplasty.
