|24 yo female who underwent revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Sam Rizk using banked rib cartilage and temporalis fascia to correct an overshortened, scooped nose with multiple areas of collapse secondary to previous rhinoplasties. Patient is shown 1 year following revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Rizk. The short nose is one of the most difficult deformities to correct.|

|Patient is a 24 yo african american female who underwent an open rhinoplasty with alar base reduction. Patient is shown 6 months after her rhinoplasty. This patient had a bump (rather than being flat on the bridge like most african american noses) and a bulbous tip. Her tip cartilages were weak and soft and she had thick skin. Dr. Rizk used her own cartilage obtained from the nasal septum to graft her tip and make her nose more refined, as well as removing her bump. Her nostrils were reduced conservatively.|

|Patient is a 34 year old latino/hispanic woman who was interested in improving the deviation/crookedness in her nose as well as refining her nasal tip. Patient also wanted a more feminine profile. Dr. Sam Rizk has specialized techniques for ethnic rhinoplasty to achieve a natural and defined nose. This rhinoplasty patient underwent open rhinoplasty with grafts placed in her mid-nasal vault to make her nose appear straighter and grafts in the tip to define and support/lift the tip slightly and make the nose appear more feminine.|

|44 year old female patient who underwent endonasal rhinoplasty to correct a collapse of the left nose secondary to an injury which also created a crooked nose to the right. Patient wanted also more tip refinement and a very subtle profile reduction. Patient had rhinoplasty endonasally in 3d with multiple nasal cartilage graft placement on the left side to correct the collapse as well as a conservative profile reduction and tip refinement. The grafts were harvested from the patient’s own nasal septum.|

|A 43 year old woman suffering from a severe saddle deformity came in for surgery; however, she had a lack of septal cartilage so temporalis fascia and banked rib cartilage was used for the reconstruction. Dr. Rizk sculpted the rib cartilage using his specialized tools to give it a smoother look than what a regular surgical knife would be able to do. The cartilage was used to build up the saddle collapse, then the bumpy bone was reduced, and the nose straightened.|
